TRAVEL TO BELFAST
Belfast is served by two airports: George Best Belfast City Airport (approximately 10 kilometres from the city centre) and Belfast International Airport (approximately 30 kilometres from the city centre); both are linked to the city by regular bus services. Taxi ranks are also available.
Dublin International Airport is located approximately 100 miles to the south and is also linked to Belfast by regular express coaches (see here and here). Dublin can be a good option if flying from certain European cities.

CONFERENCE VENUE
Queen’s University Belfast (University Road, Belfast BT7 1NN, Northern Ireland) is only a 15-minute walk away from the city centre, in an area known as the Queen’s Quarter, which has many shops, cafés, bars, galleries, and live entertainment venues, as well as the city’s Botanic Gardens and Ulster Museum. The Brazil in the Spotlight conference will take place in the Canada Room and Council Chamber, in the University’s historic Lanyon Building. More information about how to find the room will be available prior to the conference.
