There is no conference fee but a £10 hospitality charge is payable at https://knock.qub.ac.uk/ecommerce/qbsc/index.php by 1 November to cover the cost of tea and coffee breaks and lunch on Friday 11 November, all of which will be served in the conference venue to enable us to stick to our tight schedule. Please let us know by email if you have any special dietary requirements.
Thanks to the generosity of the Brazilian Embassy in London we can provide a complimentary wine reception on Friday 11 November, after the second keynote.
There is an optional conference dinner at 8pm on Friday 11 November at La Speranza (www.speranzabelfast.com). For £15 per head we have a set menu of mixed starters (bruschetta, garlic mushrooms and meat platter), then a main course of pizza or pasta, and a glass or red or white wine or soft drink. Please confirm by email by 1st November if you would like to attend the meal (and if you will be bringing any guests). Payment of £15 would be made at the restaurant.
On Saturday 12 November from 12.30 to 2pm there will be a business meeting of the REBRAC network at Town Square Belfast (http://townsquarebelfast.com), where participants who are able to attend the meeting are welcome to choose and pay for lunch.

Excelente notícia: a Embaixada do Brasil em Londres generosamente vai oferecer uma recepção com vinhos brasileiros na sexta-feira, dia 11 de novembro, depois do segundo plenário.
Fizemos reserva sexta-feira às 20h para um jantar opcional em um restaurante próximo à Universidade (www.speranzabelfast.com). Preço fixo de £15 por entradas mistas (frios, bruschetta e cogumelos a alho), prato principal (pizza ou massa), taça de vinho tinto ou branco, ou refrigerante. Precisamos confirmar a reserva até o dia 1 de novembro. Pedimos que confirmem presença por email até o dia 1 de novembro. Neste caso, o valor será pago no restaurante.
Sábado ao 12:30 vamos a um café próximo à Universidade para nossa reunião REBRAC: (Town Square Belfast, http://townsquarebelfast.com/). Quem puder comparecer na reunião pode comprar algo lá para beber e comer.
